About CVS Transportation Services

CVS Transportation Services provides ambulatory and non ambulatory non emergency medical transportation. We service the entire state of Michigan with two offices – one in Southeast Michigan (Southfield) and the other in Western Michigan (Grand Rapids). 

We work with Case Managers, social workers, private individuals, doctors, hospitals, rehabilitation centers and other medical providers.  We understand that the Case Managers and social workers have a tough job; we are here to lessen their burden by providing their clients with reliable and compassionate transportation service.

We can guarantee that we will always be on time in vehicles that are clean and well maintained. Our drivers are extremely professional and courteous and are here for our clients needs with door to door and beyond service.
